Taylor Cares: how our team gives back to every community we work in.

Giving back to the communities we live and work in is core to who we are. That's why Taylor Cares doesn't partner with just one cause — we partner with local causes inside each of our communities. Each facility's team selects a nonprofit close to home, and we spend the year fundraising, volunteering, and showing up for the people next door.

Quick answers

Taylor Cares, at a glance.

01
What is Taylor Cares?
Taylor Cares is Taylor Logistics' employee-driven community impact program. Each facility selects a local nonprofit close to its team and supports it year-round through volunteering, fundraising, and in-kind partnership.
02
How does Taylor pick the causes?
Teammates at each site nominate causes that matter to their community, and the team selects a nonprofit to support together. Because the choice is made locally, support reflects the priorities of the people who actually live and work there.
03
Which causes does Taylor support in 2026?
Best Point Education & Behavioral Health (Cincinnati), Freestore Foodbank (West Chester & Norwood), Myles Ahead Animal Rescue (Monroe), The Greenhouse Project (Jessup, PA), Friends of Casco Bay (Portland, ME), and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta (McDonough, GA).
04
Can my nonprofit partner with Taylor Cares?
Yes. We welcome conversations with nonprofits operating near our facilities in OH, ME, PA, or GA. Email taylorcares@taylorlog.com with a short overview of your mission and the community you serve.
How it works

A democratic program. Every site, every year.

One company-wide cause would mean someone else's priorities for most of our team. So Taylor Cares is chosen site by site — by the warehouse associates, drivers, planners, and salespeople who actually live in each community.

01 · Step

Teams nominate

Each facility's team puts forward causes that matter to them — local nonprofits doing meaningful work near where we operate.

02 · Step

Teams choose

Each facility's team picks the cause that resonates with their community. The selected nonprofit becomes that site's Taylor Cares partner.

03 · Step

We fundraise together

Throughout the year, our Taylor Cares team runs fundraisers every team member can join in on — including our annual March Madness fundraiser — to raise money for each site's cause.

04 · Step

We show up

Volunteer hours, in-kind donations, and event sponsorship — not just dollars. Each facility's team commits time and resources to its cause.

Signature fundraiser

March Madness, with a cause attached.

Every spring, our team-wide Taylor Cares March Madness fundraiser turns the tournament into giving. Sign up and you're randomly assigned one of the 64 teams in the bracket — and that team's run becomes your site's payday.

Sportsmanship meets philanthropy — every team member can play, and every site has a shot at funding its cause.

2026 site causes

Six nonprofits. Six communities.

One cause for the whole company would mean overlooking five communities. So we partner with a different local nonprofit at every facility — chosen by the teammates who live there. We're continuing many of our 2025 partnerships into 2026 to deepen impact, and we evaluate each year to keep our support meaningful.

Our philosophy

Why Taylor Cares looks different.

A lot of corporate giving is top-down and one-off. Taylor Cares is built the opposite way — chosen by employees, focused locally, and sustained over years.

Local, not corporate.

We don't pick one national cause from HQ. We partner with local nonprofits inside the communities where our teammates actually live and work — six communities, six partners.

Employee-led.

Our teammates choose. That's why participation is real — it's their cause, not corporate's.

Time + dollars.

We donate financially, but we also show up. Volunteer hours, in-kind logistics support, and event sponsorship.

Long-term.

Real change takes time. We continue partnerships across years to deepen our impact, and evaluate each year to make sure our support stays meaningful.

Beyond our site causes

Six adopted causes — and we don't stop there.

Our six site causes are the anchor of Taylor Cares, but they're not the whole story. Throughout the year we also show up for local events and for the causes our customers, vendors, and partners care about — anywhere our values align.

Local community events

Charity walks, food drives, school sponsorships, and neighborhood events near each of our facilities.

Customer causes

When our customers rally behind a cause, we show up alongside them — supporting the people we work with every day.

Vendor & partner initiatives

We support our vendors' and partners' giving efforts when they align with the values that drive Taylor Cares.

FAQ

Common questions.

01Is Taylor Cares year-round?+
Yes. Each facility commits to its adopted cause for the full calendar year — and we continue partnerships across years when there's mutual fit. Engagement is steady, not one-off.
02How are funds raised?+
Our Taylor Cares team runs fundraisers throughout the year that every Taylor team member can participate in — including an annual company-wide March Madness fundraiser. We also support each site's cause through company contributions, in-kind donations (logistics services, materials, time), and event sponsorship.
03Does Taylor's logistics network help with disaster relief?+
When natural disasters or large-scale community needs arise, Taylor's freight network can mobilize quickly — moving food, water, and supplies to affected regions in partnership with established relief organizations.
04How can my nonprofit get in front of Taylor for the next partnership cycle?+
Reach out to taylorcares@taylorlog.com any time. We share local nominations with the team at the nearest facility so they can consider new partners as our community work evolves.
05Where can I see Taylor's broader sustainability commitments?+
Taylor Cares is one part of our community work — our broader Sustainability & ESG program covers environmental stewardship, safety, and supply-chain ethics. Visit taylorlogistics.com/sustainability for more.
