Public warehousing,
food-grade and on demand.
Four multi-client public warehouses you can plug into without signing a lease — our Cincinnati flagship on Meridian Way, our HQ at 9756 International Blvd, our Northeast hub in Jessup, PA, and cold storage on the pier in Portland, ME. SQF and FDA across the board. Woman & family-owned since 1850.
What is public warehousing?
Public warehousing is shared, multi-client warehouse space you use on demand — you pay only for the pallet positions and handling you actually use, instead of leasing and staffing a whole building. Every Taylor public warehouse is food-grade (SQF & FDA), so you get compliance, lot and date control, and trained labor — with no long-term contract required.
No long-term contracts
Month-to-month and project-based terms. Start for a season, a launch, or an overflow — no multi-year lease to sign.
Pay for what you use
On-demand pallet positions and handling — scale up for a season, scale down clean. No empty square footage on your books.
Food-grade by default
SQF certified and FDA registered at every site, with lot/date capture and FEFO rotation built into the WMS.
More than storage
Pick & pack, kitting, e-commerce fulfillment, cross-dock, and drayage run out of the same buildings.

Two Cincinnati buildings, a Northeast hub in Jessup, and cold storage on the Portland pier — roughly 3 million square feet of food-grade space, all on one WMS.
Cincinnati · Meridian Way
Our flagship campus runs the entire menu — kitting, D2C fulfillment, retail and seasonal projects, transloading, retail display building, labeling, and Amazon prep. Racked and bulk locations both available.
Cincinnati · International Blvd
Our headquarters and original public food-grade warehouse — same family, same building, since 1850. Dry ambient storage with full pick & pack.
Jessup, Pennsylvania
Our 250,000 sq ft Northeast hub — on the I-81 / I-380 / I-84 / PA-6 cross. NYC, Philadelphia, and Newark Port are all roughly two hours out.
Portland, Maine — MICSF
The Maine International Cold Storage Facility — frozen (-10°F) and refrigerated (35°F) on the working waterfront. The only Taylor public warehouse that's also USDA-inspected. Handles dairy, seafood, and other temperature-sensitive freight.
*Organic certification in progress at the Cincinnati sites.
Certified food-grade, site by site.
Every Taylor public warehouse is SQF certified and FDA registered. Portland adds USDA inspection for meat, poultry, and seafood; the Cincinnati sites are Organic-certification pending.

More than storage. The full menu.
Our flagship campus on Meridian Way runs the entire list — and most of these services are available at our other public sites too. If your project doesn't fit cleanly into one of these boxes, ask. We've probably done it.

Ship to retail without the chargebacks.
Big-box and grocery routing guides are unforgiving — wrong label, wrong pallet pattern, wrong ASN window, and you eat a fine. Our World Park 4 team builds to the spec so your orders arrive compliant the first time.
Routing-guide compliance
We build to each retailer's routing guide — carton specs, pallet patterns, TI/HI, and load configurations.
GS1 / UCC-128 & SSCC labeling
Compliant case and pallet labels, GS1-128 barcodes, and SSCC serial shipping container codes.
EDI ASN & on-time windows
Advance ship notices (EDI 856), delivery appointment windows, and OTIF-aware scheduling.
Display & packout builds
Retail pallet displays, sidekicks, and FSDU built store-ready, with QC before they leave the dock.
Software that earns its keep.

A two-day truck from your customer.
Cincinnati sits at the seam of the Midwest, the Southeast, and the Northeast — Jessup picks up everything east of the Hudson, Portland holds the Atlantic frozen lane, and our two Cincinnati buildings cover the rest. Most U.S. consumers are inside a one- or two-day truck from a Taylor public warehouse.
From hello to receiving in three weeks.
What you sign is what you'll see on the invoice. Storage, handling, and accessorials — itemized. Onboarding moves at your pace, but most shippers go live before they expected to.
