Taylor employs a team of Six Sigma & LEAN certified team members to lead our continuous improvement programs. All of which provide consistency training across all departments to ensure our processes are as seamless as possible to reduce costs and save time. Yes, it can be challenging to get people to question the way they have always done a particular process to make it better.
