Each year, Taylor Cares, our community impact program, brings our team together through a March Madness fundraiser that supports the communities where we live and work. Now in its third year, this initiative continues to grow in both participation and impact across our locations.
At Taylor, every site supports a local cause that matters to its team. These partnerships are not limited to one event. They are part of an ongoing commitment to the communities connected to our operations.
Our March Madness fundraiser adds a layer of energy to that commitment.
Team members across the company can choose to participate and are randomly assigned one of the 64 teams in the NCAA tournament bracket. Once assigned, that team becomes theirs for the duration of the tournament, creating a shared experience as the games unfold.
As the bracket progresses, so does the opportunity to give back. Based on how this year’s tournament played out, three of our site causes are being supported through the Final Four. Additional support is directed to the cause connected to the championship team.
While this fundraiser highlights a select group of causes each year, Taylor Cares continues to support all site causes through ongoing efforts across the company.
The result is a simple but effective approach. It brings people together, builds engagement across locations, and directs meaningful support to the communities we are part of every day.
