Vendorflow Named Taylor 2025 Vendor Partner of the Year

Taylor runs on partnership. Across Taylor Logistics, Taylor Distributing, and Taylor Warehouse, our teams rely on a wide range of vendors for technology, operations support, HR, insurance, marketing, and more. These relationships help us serve customers, stay efficient, and continue to improve how we work.

Each year, our Vendor Partner Awards program gives Taylor team members across all companies a chance to recognize the partners who make a difference in their day-to-day work. For 2025, one partner rose to the top of that list: Vendorflow.

At our sixth annual Vendor Partner Awards, Vendorflow was named Taylor’s 2025 Vendor Partner of the Year after a company-wide nomination and voting process. The finalist list included vendors that support every part of the business, from fleet operations and warehousing to corporate services. Vendorflow received the most votes across Taylor Companies.

What This Recognition Represents

Vendor Partner of the Year is about more than strong performance on paper. The recognition goes to a partner that brings real value to teams across Taylor, through both their product and their approach to collaboration.

Vendorflow has done that by helping our transportation teams communicate more clearly and work from the same information, which supports everyone who depends on accurate, timely updates, including warehouse operations and customer-facing teams.

How Vendorflow Supports Taylor Operations

Vendorflow sits at the center of our transportation communication. The platform:

  • Connects to tools our fleet already uses, including Samsara
  • Centralizes conversations between drivers and dispatch
  • Creates consistent workflows that are easier to follow and train
  • Gives leaders clearer visibility into what is happening across the network

When information is aligned, issues are easier to spot, follow up is faster, and data is more useful. That supports what customers expect from Taylor Companies, from safety and compliance to reliable, on time service.

Standardizing Driver and Dispatch Communication

Chaz Bierman, Taylor’s Director of Transportation, sees the impact across the fleet. Vendorflow has helped standardize and strengthen communication between drivers and dispatch while fitting naturally beside existing tools.

Having full context around each run and each conversation supports faster decisions and more accurate reporting, which is especially important as Taylor continues to grow and coordinate activity across multiple locations and business lines. Vendorflow is not just another app, it is part of how we run our fleet.

A Collaborative Partner Across Taylor Companies

The technology matters, but the relationship behind it matters just as much. From rollout through ongoing support, Vendorflow’s team has stayed close to our transportation leaders, listening to feedback, answering questions, and making adjustments that reflect how Taylor actually operates.

That collaborative approach benefits more than the fleet. Clearer communication and better visibility support teams in warehousing, customer service, and account management, who rely on accurate transportation updates to plan labor, coordinate appointments, and communicate with shippers.
