Partnering with Amber Infrastructure, this cutting-edge, 106,000-square-foot facility will offer top-tier cold storage solutions to businesses throughout the region. State-of-the-Art Cold Storage
The MICSF facility is designed to meet the increasing demand for temperature-sensitive logistics. It offers 22,000 pallet positions, 13 loading docks, and a ramp for efficient loading and unloading. With a design temperature of -10°F, the facility will feature two independent storage rooms, allowing for customized temperature settings based on specific customer needs.
Our advanced racking system, including a pallet runner and very narrow aisle design, maximizes storage capacity and operational efficiency. Whether it’s cross-docking, transloading, or case picking, Taylor Logistics’ cold storage solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of industries like food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals.

The MICSF is designed with sustainability in mind, featuring the largest solar array in the state of Maine. The facility also includes a CO2-based refrigeration system and an energy-efficient design, further contributing to its sustainability.
