On Thursday, October 15 and Friday, October 16, Taylor is turning pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Team members across our warehouses, fleet and offices will wear special pink safety shirts, and Taylor is making a donation in support of the cause. We invite our customers, partners and community to wear pink with us.
As a seventh generation, women and family owned company, we know the importance of looking out for one another. Breast cancer affects millions of individuals and families, including our coworkers, customers, friends and loved ones. This month is a chance to show our support and encourage conversations about early detection and regular screenings.
Two days of pink across every part of Taylor
We are inviting our entire Taylor team to wear pink and help us turn Taylor pink. To celebrate, we are providing team members with special pink safety shirts to wear on the floor, on the road and in the office.
Whether we are moving freight, managing inventory or supporting customers, we will be wearing pink together to show that our commitment to caring for people extends beyond the work we do every day.
- Warehouse teams at Taylor Warehouse Corp. and our contract warehousing operations
- Drivers and fleet teams at Taylor Distributing Co.
- Freight brokerage teams at Taylor Logistics Inc.
- Office and support teams across Taylor Legacy Group
More than wearing a color
In addition to wearing pink, Taylor is making a donation in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. For us, this initiative is about standing with the people this disease touches and supporting continued awareness and education.
Standing alongside
Supporting those currently facing breast cancer and the families who care for them.
Celebrating survivors
Recognizing the strength of survivors in our workplace and our communities.
Honoring those we’ve lost
Remembering the people we love and keeping their stories part of the conversation.
We believe that even small actions, when taken together, can make a meaningful impact.
Wear pink with us on October 15 and 16
We invite our customers, partners, friends and community to join us by wearing pink and helping spread awareness.
Early detection matters. We encourage everyone to learn more about breast cancer, understand their personal risk and speak with their healthcare provider about appropriate screenings.
